Hello, my name is Stephen Rogers, and my primary purpose in life is to know myself in the deepest possible way, to live from there fully, and teach the highest quality tools for human transformation. I have done this as a teacher, healer, scholar and outlier (aka outlaw) since 1995.
The vision I intend to build in the world is one where people embody spiritual enlightenment; live in optimal health, wellness, and longevity; and perform at superhuman levels. Everything I do, whether it’s teaching, healing, writing, or speaking, is devoted to helping build that world. I welcome your participation and contribution.

THE PACK LEADERS
Meet the dynamic duo behind the Shen Life phenomenon, Stephen and Erica.
After hitting rock bottom in prison for a drug offense in 1994, Stephen spontaneously activated a powerful energy, known in the East as the Spiritual Fires (Kundalini) and in the West as a bio-energetic awakening, that continues to transform his life in every way.
Tracing the roots of healing and transformation, Stephen earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies, a Master’s in Oriental Medicine, and currently he's working on a doctorate in Energy Psychology (Psycho-Bioenergetic Studies).
Additionally, Stephen is a Transformational Coach, Reiki Master, Ordained Minister and holds certifications in personal training, structural integration bodywork, integrative movement and public speaking. Plus, he's well rounded in the Noetic, Yoga and Occult Sciences, Semiotics and Mythology, as well as Libertarian philosophy, natural law, and free market economics.
After a serendipitous meeting, Erica followed Stephen's guidance and completed certifications in massage therapy (specializing in structural integration), personal training, integrative movement, holistic healing and public speaking, all the while completing her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies focus in Health Science at the University Of Central Florida. Later, she finished another Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health Sciences, and dove into design and digital marketing. All of this naturally built upon her foundation in dance and the performing arts.
Coupled, they put their skills and model to the test in their Los Angeles center with over 2,000 students until 2006. Then, they transitioned to work remotely, and further refined the Shen Life Model with more success stories.
Along the way, Erica got certified as a Transformational Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner and became an Ordained Minister for the Shen Life Trust. Now, Erica writes and manages the daily operations of Shen Life while working toward a dual Masters and Doctorate degree in Natural Health.

The Tree
signifies the Shen Life Teaching Model where each part of a great tree portrays an aspect of the holistic nature of life and the systems of the body temple.
The Flame
denotes the awakened spiritual fires called the Kundalini in the East, the Baptismal Fires in the West, or the alchemical Transformashen.
The Void
represents the infinite nothingness called God, Spirit, Source, or Shen, which is accessed through the emptiness in the wound of the heart.
The Maze
mirrors the labyrinth of life and the erratic, chaotic, unique path we each take as the hero journeying to reach our goal, Shenlightenment.
The Shen Ring
illustrates our dual nature, male-female, Spirit-life, or the one-zero, which is unified by the release of the Divine fluid of the pineal gland, the Solushen.
