1) Who This Is Between

This License is between you (“you,” “your”) and Shen Life (“Shen Life,” “we,” “us,” “our”), which includes Shen Life and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensors.

If you access the Content on behalf of a company or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

2) License Grant (Personal, Non-Commercial)

Subject to this License, Shen Life grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

Scrape or automate: scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools to capture Content or data.

AI / model training: use the Content (or any portion of it) to train, fine-tune, prompt-train, or build datasets for any AI/ML model or automated system intended for public or commercial use.

5) Limited Quoting (Fair Use)

You may quote brief excerpts for commentary or review only if:

- you do not publish proprietary worksheets, modules, chapters, or “the substance” of the material.

If you want to share more than a brief excerpt, request written permission.

6) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly through the site contact options.

7) Monitoring and Enforcement

To the extent permitted by law, we may monitor access and usage to maintain security, prevent fraud or unauthorized sharing, and enforce this License and related Terms.

8) Term, Suspension, and Termination

Your access period will be described at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this License, share access, misuse the Content, or engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct.

Upon termination, your streaming/access rights end immediately.

9) Intellectual Property

All Content is owned by Shen Life or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this License.

10) Warranty Disclaimer

The Content and any delivery software are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shen Life disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shen Life will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Content.

If liability cannot be excluded, Shen Life’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Content giving rise to the claim.

12) Changes

We may update this License from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated License.
