“You” and “Member” mean the individual accessing or using the Services.

All information shared through the Services—including community membership communications (for example: posts, comments, direct messages, text/instant messages, and live/virtual calls)—is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No doctor–patient, therapist–client, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship is created. Shen Life does not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or individualized medical/mental health care.

4) Crisis / Emergency Support

Shen Life is not an emergency service.

5) Eligibility and Personal Responsibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.

- You are responsible for your own choices, participation level, and outcomes.

- You agree - not to rely on Shen Life as a substitute for professional care.

If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, or if you have a history of serious mental health conditions, you agree to consult your provider before participating and to follow their guidance.

6) Breathwork, Movement, and Practice Safety

The Services may include breathwork, movement, physical training, meditation, somatic practices, energetic practices, and lifestyle experiments. These can involve physical and psychological risk.

You agree to:

- participate at your own pace and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, panic, unusual symptoms, or any sense of harm;

- consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any condition that could be affected (including cardiovascular/respiratory issues, pregnancy, seizure - history, or significant psychiatric conditions);

- seek medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms.

7) Assumption of Risk

Your participation is voluntary. You assume all risks—known and unknown—associated with your use of the Services, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, symptom aggravation, adverse reactions, or other outcomes.

8) No Guarantees / Results May Vary

Shen Life makes no guarantees about results (health, healing, performance, transformation, relationships, finances, or otherwise).

Any examples, stories, case references, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of typical results.

9) Community Content and Third-Party Statements

Community spaces may include member-to-member discussion. Shen Life is not responsible for statements, advice, or recommendations made by participants or third parties.

References or links to outside websites, tools, or resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

10) Recording and Likeness (If Applicable)

Some sessions may allow audio/video participation and may be recorded. If a session is recorded, notice will be provided in the session or registration materials.

By joining a recorded session, you consent to recording of your voice, image, and participation. If you do not consent, do not join the session or keep your camera/mic off where possible.

Where Shen Life captures recordings, you grant Shen Life permission to use them for educational and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, unless otherwise stated in writing.

11) License, Use, and Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Services are owned by Shen Life or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

- share login credentials or access with others;

- reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display the materials;

- record sessions or reproduce content without written permission.

12) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

13) Suspension or Termination

Shen Life may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, share materials, harass others, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Refunds, if any, will follow the posted refund policy or the terms presented at checkout.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shen Life will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including reliance on information, participation in practices, or interactions in community spaces.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shen Life from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your participation, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
