This Release and Authorization (the “Release”) is entered into as of the first date of participation by you, an individual (the “Releasor”) in favor of Shen Life Trust, Shenergy Holdings, Inc., and Shenology Inc. (doing business as Shen Life) corporations (collectively the “Company,” and together with the Releasor, the “Parties”). By participating, you agree to the following:

I hereby acknowledge that all information contained herein, provided as part of the community membership (including such communications as, but not limited to, instant messages, text messages, and social media posts as in the Facebook closed group and/or Shen Life Mighty Network), or provided in any teleconferences and/or video conferences is provided and intended for informational and educational purposes only. No doctor/patient relationship is established by your use. No diagnosis or treatment is being provided. The information is not intended nor suited to be a replacement or substitute for professional medical treatment or for professional medical advice relative to any medical question or condition, specific or otherwise. You should always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health professional for any medical condition or questions, including mental health questions. The Releasor hereby releases the Company and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from the use of the membership or any information provided by the Company.

I acknowledge that no guarantees or warranties are made regarding any of the information contained within the video workshops, teleconferences, articles, or posts. Further, I accept that the Company takes no responsibility for websites hyperlinked to this site and such hyperlinking does not imply any relationships or endorsements of the linked sites. The Company likewise takes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any information provided by individuals not associated with the Company that may be provided through outlets such as social media groups and the teleconferences and/or video conferences. The Company and the teleconferences and/or video conferences do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the site. Reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.

I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, not under the care of a mental health professional for the information and services sought under the membership and teleconferences and/or video conferences, and am not under the influence of any psychiatric medications. If I am under such care, I attest to having permission from my mental health practitioner to participate in this program. I also understand that I am responsible for all of my thoughts and feelings, as well as for my decisions, actions and results.

The purchase of a membership of which includes teleconferences and/or video conferences attendance is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may result in your access being revoked. Similarly, the materials, teleconferences and/or video conferences are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded on to third parties. Releasor shall not record or reproduce in any way any of the teleconferences and/or video conferences, whether for personal or for commercial use.

Releasor is granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access the teleconferences and/or video conferences and its content solely for the purposes granted by Company. Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of teleconferences and/or video conferences registration information and event materials issued by Company lies with the registrant.

Releasor warrants that at the execution of this Release, Releasor is at least eighteen (18) years old and not a minor, has the full right and legal capacity to enter into this Release and to grant the rights granted or agreed to be granted hereunder, that there is no outstanding contract, commitment, agreement, or legal impediment of any kind that conflicts with this Release or that might limit, restrict, or impair the rights granted to the Company Affiliates hereunder; that the identifying information of the Releasor set forth above is true and correct, that the Releasor has entered into this Release freely, voluntarily, and without reliance on any promises, representations, or other statements not contained in this Release and that Releasor has read and understands this Release and conditions.

The teleconferences and/or video conferences may include a feature that allows audio, video via webcams or other video recording devices, and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. The Releasor agrees to participate, from time to time, in certain photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and/or other means of recording images and/or sound as arranged by the Company (the “Recordings”). The Releasor agrees that the Company (or its designee) has permission to record his/her voice, sounds, conversation, image, and likeness in the Recordings.

Releasor hereby grants Company the right to use and exploit for commercial purposes and Recording, including Recordings that display Releasor’s name, photograph, likeness, or audio recordings in connection with the promotion of Company’s products and/or services in all media throughout the world, including but not limited to the right to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish any Recordings, in whole or in part, severally or in conjunction with other photographs and/or text, in any medium in connection with the promotion of Company’s products or services.

The Releasor hereby releases the Company and its Affiliates from any and all claims and demands that the Releasor may have now or at any time arising from this Release or the use of any of the memberships, teleconferences and/or video conferences, or Company and/or its Affiliates’ use of the Releasor’s likeness or Recordings, including but not limited to, claims for personal injury, invasion of privacy, defamation, libel, right of publicity, infliction of emotional distress, or any other payment.

All teleconference and/or video conference materials, and any material submitted through the teleconference and/or video conference, shall be the copyright or remain the copyrighted materials of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the Releasor's program or membership without reason, notice or refund.

The above terms and conditions are subject to change without notification or notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
