Erica's path intersected with Stephen's through what appeared as chance, but later proved to be alignment. Following his mentorship, she systematically built her expertise through certifications and trainings in massage therapy, structural integration, personal training, integrative movement, holistic healing, and public speaking. Concurrently, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a Health Science focus at the University of Central Florida, later followed by a second Bachelor's in Holistic Health Sciences.

Her tangental work in design and digital marketing built upon her foundation in dance and performing arts, creating a unique synthesis of embodied wisdom and practical application for entrepreneurs and Shen Life clients.

Along her journey, Erica became certified as a Transformational Coach and Holistic Health Practitioner, and was ordained as a Minister for the Shen Life Trust.

Currently, while managing operations and communications, she produces and manages project s as a creative and pursues a dual Masters and Doctorate in Natural Health.
